Order Management & Support

Q: How can I return my order?

Not the right fit? No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unused items in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and in original packaging) within 30 days of the ship date. Returns have a $7 shipping label fee. 

To start a return please visit our Returns Portal.

A full refund minus any shipping fees will be issued to your original payment method after returns have been received and processed.

Q: How do I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at help@gracemygrace.com. We can assist if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item or I’m missing a product?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team with photos of the damage or the incorrect product you received and a brief summary of the damage/issue, and we will assist with a replacement.

Q: What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If you haven't received your order, please check the tracking information first. If you still need assistance, contact our customer support team with your order details.

Our customer support team aims to respond promptly within 24 hours.

Order Tracking & Shipping

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package  on our website or the carrier's site. If you do not receive a tracking number, or you are unable to locate your package 36 hours after stating that it was indeed delivered, please contact customer service at help@gracemygrace.com.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, however you may be able to find our products on Amazon for your specific country.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 4-5 days to receive your order (2-3 days for expedited orders). Click here for more information on our Shipping Policy.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been shipped, please contact customer support to update your shipping address as quickly as possible since orders are usually processed within 24 hours
